Five Postpartum Visits
Including newborn well-visits until 6 weeks postpartum

  Required for birth center deliveries

• Biller Fee for Insurance Reimbursement – $400
  Includes Verification of Benefits (VOB); optional if self-pay or not seeking reimbursement.

• SneakPeek Gender Reveal (Clinical Test) – $130
  Optional early gender test

• Waterbirth Liner – $53
  Required for planned waterbirths

• Non-Routine Appointments – Starting at $120
  Optional; applies to urgent or extra visits outside routine care.

• Cell-Free DNA Genetic Screening – Varies
  Optional, but may be recommended in certain circumstances; may be covered by insurance or eligible for financial assistance.

• Diagnostic Ultrasounds – Varies
  May be covered by insurance; may be recommended or required to stay in care.

• Non-Routine Labs – Varies
  May be covered by insurance; may be recommended or required to stay in care.

• Home Birth Supply List – Varies
  Required for home birth deliveries. Mostly comprised of commonly available household items and a few specialty items (list provided).
